I Added Funds to My 1win Account but My Money Is Still Pending

I added funds to my 1win account and was informed that it would be credited within 24 hours. That definitely did not occur. When I reached out to support once more, they informed me that my money is currently “pending” and may take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to process. This is completely illogical. I have the transaction receipt, so how is my money still “stuck” or “pending”? I completed all the necessary steps and used the right payment method, but I still can't access my funds. This situation is completely unsatisfactory. I expect the immediate credit of my 5000rs to my account or a prompt refund without any further delay. If this matter isn't addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to consider legal options and inform others about my experience. Resolve this issue immediately, 1win.
