I deposited funds into my 1win account over 15 days ago, and the money has still not been credited. Every time I reach out to support, I’m told the issue will be resolved by a new, later date—but when that date arrives, nothing changes, and I’m given yet another delay. It’s an endless loop, and the problem never gets fixed.
I have already shared proof of the transaction, yet no one has taken responsibility or delivered a clear resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way—especially when it comes to my own money.
I demand that 1win immediately credits my deposit to my account and stops giving users the runaround. If you can take our money instantly, you should be able to process it just as quickly. This ongoing delay is unacceptable, and if not resolved now, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer protection channels.
