I made a deposit to my 1win account via UPI on 23 May 2026, but even after 30 days the amount has still not been credited to my wallet. The deposit is linked to reference SPP-319020 and ID 9363***. Despite waiting this long, my balance has not been updated and I cannot use the funds. I have repeatedly contacted 1win customer support about this situation, but the issue has still not been solved and I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The delay is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that the missing deposit be immediately credited to my 1win wallet without any further delay, or that you clearly explain and resolve whatever is blocking this transaction.
