I made a deposit of INR 30,000 on the 1win gaming platform through Paytm UPI on 30/05/2026 at around 5:56 pm. The payment is shown as successful in my Paytm account, and the UPI reference number is 615055481857, but the amount has still not been credited to my 1win wallet. Despite more than 36 hours having passed since the transaction, the deposit is not reflecting in my 1win account, which is extremely frustrating. I contacted Paytm customer support and they confirmed that the payment is successful on their side. However, I still do not see the INR 30,000 in my 1win wallet. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that my INR 30,000 either be credited to my 1win wallet or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I expect a quick resolution because this delay is causing me a lot of stress and inconvenience.
