1win Took My Money But Balance Still Not Updated

I made a deposit of 25,000 to my 1win account via UPI on 10 April 2026. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it was not added to my 1win balance. This has created both financial and emotional stress for me, as I cannot use the money that has already been taken from my account. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 458880174932, and I have proof of payment. I contacted 1win customer support about the issue, and they asked me to send a screenshot of the bank’s response. I request that this issue be investigated urgently using the transaction reference I have provided and the proof I can share, and that my 25,000 either be credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my bank account, whichever is possible in the quickest way. I expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution of this problem.
