1win Deposit Not Credited To My Account

I deposited an amount of 30,000 via UPI to the 1win betting site on 16 May 2026 at around 8:02 pm, but this money has still not been credited to my account balance. The transaction was completed on my side, yet my 1win balance has not been updated. For the last 15 days, every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response that “the transaction is currently being processed, specialists are reviewing it and a solution will be provided as soon as possible.” However, nothing has changed and no concrete solution, clear information, or time frame has been provided. I feel that my issue is being delayed unnecessarily with repetitive replies. I request that my 30,000 UPI deposit be credited to my 1win account immediately without any further delay. If, for any reason, the deposit cannot be credited, I expect a clear written explanation and a prompt refund to the original payment method. I ask for this issue to be resolved urgently and for proper communication instead of repetitive, generic responses. My ID is 344767***.

But you are saying this from last 15 days we are waiting for the response, as soon as possible, shortly, currently under review by specialist this I hearing from 15 days it's been 25 days now still your management has no clarity no other platforms behaves this much unprofessional like this I have never seen that have some clarity it's been 25 days now
