1win Withdrawal Stuck in Verification for 8 Days – No Resolution
I requested a withdrawal on February 16, 2025, and today is February 24, 2025, yet my request is still not approved. This was my first withdrawal, so I immediately contacted customer support to ask if they required any verification documents. They assured me there was no issue and that I just needed to wait for the funds to be credited.
When the withdrawal didn’t arrive, I reached out again, and they told me to wait 48 hours. After 48 hours, I contacted them again, and this time, they redirected me to [email protected]. Upon emailing them, they requested my ID, which I sent immediately. Then, two days later, they asked for my card details, which I also provided. A few days later, on February 21, 2025, they requested my bank statement, which I sent as well.
Despite fulfilling all their requests without delay, my withdrawal remains stuck in review. Instead of resolving the issue, they just send automated emails every 2-3 days stating that my verification is still in progress. The live chat support is completely useless, as they only tell me to email security support instead of actually assisting.
Why was I initially told there were no issues, only to be asked for documents after 48 hours? If documents were needed, they should have canceled my withdrawal upfront and told me exactly what I needed to submit before wasting 8 days of my time. This delay feels intentional, as if they are just trying to stall the withdrawal process.
No one should have to wait 8 days for a withdrawal! This is not a 1-2 hour delay, it's over a week of uncertainty and frustration. How long does it take for you to verify an account? This experience has only damaged my trust in 1win, and I demand my withdrawal to be processed immediately.
