My name is Tulshidas Rama Gaude, and my Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 8208058466. On 11/09/2025, I deposited an amount of ₹40,000 to my Parimatch account using PhonePe. The payment was sent from my UPI ID 7620430429@axl to the Parimatch UPI ID jaenterprise3***@sbi. Although the money was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I raised a ticket with Parimatch support regarding this issue, but even though the ticket was shown as resolved, the amount has still not been added to my account balance, and I have not received any proper solution or refund. I request that the missing ₹40,000 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or that you clearly confirm and rectify the status of this transaction as soon as possible.
