I accidentally paid 0.99 euros on myIQ via Apple Pay on 06/12/2025 without creating an account, and I was never clearly informed that this small payment would start a subscription. Despite not having an account and therefore no access to any settings or cancellation options, I was charged an additional 30 euros today, about 11 minutes before writing this complaint. Since I do not have an account, I had no way to see, manage, or cancel any subscription, and I did not knowingly approve a recurring payment plan. I have not yet been able to contact support, and I am using this complaint as my first formal attempt to resolve the situation. I kindly request that the 30 euros be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to this Apple Pay transaction be immediately cancelled, and that no further amounts be charged in the future.
