I have been working as a tutor on the Preply platform for three years and was very happy with both the system and the students I reached there. However, about two weeks ago, my tutor profile was suddenly deleted without any prior warning or notification, which has been extremely disappointing and confusing for me. After noticing that my profile had disappeared, I immediately contacted support and submitted an appeal. The only explanation I was given was that my account was deleted due to sharing a link by mistake. I did not receive any warning before this decision, no temporary suspension, and no chance to correct the mistake. Instead, my entire profile, which I had built and strengthened over three years, was removed at once. Since then, I have contacted Preply support many times, explaining that the link sharing was accidental and asking for my account to be reviewed again, but my efforts have been useless, and my profile has not been restored. I believe that permanently deleting a long-standing and successful profile without any prior notice or opportunity to fix an unintentional mistake is unfair and disproportionate. I kindly request that my tutor profile on Preply be fully restored so that I can continue working with my students and benefiting from the platform as I have for the past three years.
