1win Withdrawal Stayed Pending and Did Not Return My Full Balance

I am writing regarding a serious issue with a withdrawal from my 1win account in the sports betting section.
I initially requested a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹10,000 to my Canara Bank account in India. The withdrawal remained pending for more than 24 hours, and even after waiting that long, the transaction was not completed. Because of the excessive delay, I decided to cancel the withdrawal request.
However, after canceling the withdrawal, my account balance was not properly restored. Currently, approximately ₹1,200 is still showing as a pending withdrawal in my 1win account, and it has remained in that status for more than six hours. This situation has caused significant confusion and concern because the status and location of the remaining funds are unclear.
I have already contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but the response I received was not satisfactory. The information provided did not explain what happened to my funds, nor did it resolve the problem.
I respectfully request that 1win urgently investigate this withdrawal and cancellation. I would like a clear explanation of where my remaining balance is currently located and why it has not been properly returned. I also request that the full amount either be successfully transferred to my Canara Bank account or immediately restored to my 1win account balance.
In addition, I request a detailed written explanation of the transaction history related to this withdrawal, including the cancellation process and the status of all affected funds. I expect a prompt resolution so that my missing funds are secured and made available without any further delay.

I successfully verified my account and several time trying to contact and emails to security team but their is no solution. If u thinking my account is not verified then verify it and how much time it will take to withdraw my amount.
