I requested a withdrawal of ₹10,300 from my 1win account (ID: 90848727) on May 9 at around 4:50 PM through IMPS transfer to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account.
Inside the 1win system, the withdrawal status is clearly marked as “successful.” However, despite this status, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account even after more than three days have passed.
I contacted 1win customer support multiple times regarding this missing withdrawal. Unfortunately, each time I only receive repeated responses saying that the withdrawal is “in process,” without any proper explanation, estimated timeline, transfer proof, transaction reference, or meaningful update about where my money is currently stuck.
This situation is causing serious inconvenience and frustration because the platform itself shows the withdrawal as completed successfully, yet the funds have not reached my Kotak Mahindra Bank account.
I request that 1win urgently investigate this issue and immediately credit the full amount of ₹10,300 to my bank account or resolve whatever technical or payment issue is blocking the transfer without any further delay. I also request clear communication and proof of transfer regarding this withdrawal transaction.
