1win Withdrawal Not Credited
I am experiencing a serious withdrawal issue with 1win and despite repeatedly contacting support, it still has not been resolved. I play from India and my 1win account ID is 345527***. My support ticket number for this issue is PMNT-4658928. On 29 March 2026, I made three separate withdrawal requests via Indian bank transfer to my IDFC Bank account: 1) 30,000 INR at 10:08 pm 2) 40,000 INR at 10:09 pm 3) 30,000 INR at 10:47 pm Out of these three withdrawals, I have received two of them in my bank account, but one 30,000 INR withdrawal is still missing. More than six days have passed and this 30,000 INR has not been credited to my IDFC Bank account. I have contacted 1win chat support many times. They provided me with a UTR number, but the UTR they gave corresponds to the transaction that actually did get credited to my bank, not the missing one. In other words, they keep sharing the UTR of a successful transaction, while the other 30,000 INR withdrawal has no matching credit in my bank statement. I have checked my IDFC Bank statement carefully and I have proof that this 30,000 INR has not been received. I am ready to provide my full bank statement and any other proof needed. I kindly request that 1win provide the UTR numbers for all three withdrawal transactions made on 29 March 2026 or immediately refund the missing 30,000 INR either to my IDFC Bank account or back to my 1win account balance so that this issue can finally be resolved.

How can you say that the withdrawal has been processed? I have not received the money. I sent you a full video of my bank account. What more proof do you need? Please provide proof that I received the money, as I cannot see it in my bank account.
