I requested a withdrawal of $434 from my 1win account via IMPS on February 8, 2026, to my Karnataka Bank account in India. However, the money has still not been credited to my bank account, and no transaction ID or UTR number is shown for this withdrawal in the 1win system. I have previously made successful withdrawals from 1win to this same Karnataka Bank account, so this issue is unusual and concerning for me. When I contacted 1win customer support, I was only told that the matter had been forwarded to the relevant department, but since then I have not received any clear update, timeline, or resolution. I kindly request that my pending withdrawal of $434 be processed and credited to my Karnataka Bank account without any further delay, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the situation along with verifiable proof of the transaction. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
