I have been trying since yesterday to withdraw 2,000 from my 1win account to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account in India via bank transfer. However, every time I submit a withdrawal request, it gets canceled, and the money is returned to my 1win gaming account.

The system is not allowing my withdrawal to go through, even though all the details I entered are correct. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but they have not been helpful and keep closing the chat instead of assisting me.

This situation is causing me serious concern. I have saved all relevant screenshots and transaction details and am ready to provide them if needed.

I request that my withdrawal of 2,000 be approved and successfully transferred to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without further cancellations. I also ask that my account and transactions be reviewed to ensure this issue does not happen again.
