I have been using 1win from India for many months without issues, but I am now facing a serious problem with my withdrawal. On 19 February, I requested a withdrawal of 1200 via bank transfer, and even after 6 days the money has still not been received in my bank account. During this time, I contacted 1win customer care and support several times. They kept asking me to provide my bank statement, which I have already submitted, yet the situation has not changed and I have not received any clear solution or help from them. I urgently need this money, and the delay without any effective support is causing me a lot of stress. I request that 1win immediately process and pay the pending withdrawal amount of 1200 to my bank account without any further delay and provide a clear confirmation once this is done.
