Daikin Altherma Heat Pump Repair Delayed Four Months

I created a repair request on 31 December 2025 for my Daikin Altherma monoblock heat pump, but as of today, 11 April 2026, my product has still not been repaired and my grievance continues throughout this entire period. The process is being handled through Daikin’s authorized service UDÇ İklimlendirme in İskenderun, Hatay. At the first stage, the service admitted that they had forgotten my fault record, and later informed me that there were missing parts and that they had placed an order. Although I have damage assessment and price offer documents in PDF format, I have not been given a clear and reliable schedule for the repair. The product is out of warranty, and despite this I accepted a paid repair, but the price offered was extremely high. In addition, I have already made a partial payment, yet despite entering the fourth month, I am still waiting without my device being repaired. During this period, I contacted both Daikin and UDÇ İklimlendirme customer services many times by phone, but the process was not followed effectively and I was not given clear, regular and satisfactory information. Despite months having passed, there has been no concrete progress regarding my product, nor has any clear return been provided about when and how the repair will be completed. I request that my Daikin Altherma monoblock heat pump be repaired as soon as possible and delivered to me in working condition, that the paid repair process and pricing be reviewed fairly, and that the long-standing grievance I have experienced be taken into consideration with the necessary sensitivity.
