FamPay Unauthorized ₹1850 Deduction By Google Asia

On 11/04/2026 an amount of 1850 was deducted from my FamPay account by Google Asia Pvt Ltd without my knowledge or consent. This was not for any game, top up, or purchase that I knowingly made, and this money is very important to me as it is needed for my medicines. In my FamPay statement, the reference for this transaction appears as “a5a4eb3e5c4b49d5a3e518b45ea4b2f3@fam”. I tried to reach both Google and FamPay support regarding this unauthorized transaction, but I am not getting any response and the issue remains unresolved. I request that the full amount of 1850 be refunded to my FamPay account as soon as possible and that any related unauthorized service or charge be cancelled.
