Stake Took Deposit But Did Not Provide Live Support

I deposited ₹2,500 on Stake.com on 8 April at 7:49 pm using UPI through Paytm, from my Kotak bank account. The transaction was completed successfully on my side, and I have the payment reference number 300398734372 as proof of payment. Stake.com provided the UPI details for this deposit, and I followed the instructions exactly. However, after four days, my Stake.com account still did not receive the ₹2,500, and the platform is stating that they did not receive the money. I have already provided all the payment details and transaction information, but the amount has still not been credited to my Stake.com balance. I request that my ₹2,500 deposit be credited to my Stake.com account as soon as possible based on the provided transaction details, or that the issue be investigated and resolved urgently.
