1win Withdrawal And Deposit Error


I am writing to report a problem I experienced with 1 Win regarding both a deposit and a withdrawal on 05 June 2026. I deposited R35 into my 1 Win account using my Capitec bank account, the money was taken from my Capitec account, but it has still not appeared in the 1 Win app. On the same date, I also made a withdrawal of R250 from my 1 Win account, and this amount has not reflected in my banking app either. I contacted 1 Win customer support about these issues, but I did not receive any real assistance and the problem remains unresolved. At this point I do not know where my money is, because it has left my bank account but is not available to me in the app or in my bank. I request that 1 Win immediately credit the R35 deposit to my 1 Win account and ensure that the R250 withdrawal reflects in my Capitec banking app without any further delay, or provide a clear explanation and solution in writing.
