On 13 May, I requested three separate withdrawals of R250 each (total R750) from my 1win account to be paid via EFT into my Capitec Bank account. From that date until today, the money has still not reflected in my Capitec account and there has been no progress or update regarding these payments. I contacted 1win support about the missing R750, but I did not receive any response or explanation. There have been no reversals to my 1win balance, no proof of payment, and no indication that the withdrawals are still processing; it is as if the transactions simply disappeared. I request that 1win urgently investigates these three withdrawals from 13 May, provides clear proof of payment or transaction status for each one, and either ensures that the R750 reflects in my Capitec account without further delay or refunds the full amount back to my 1win balance if the EFTs failed. I also expect a proper written explanation of what went wrong and how this will be prevented in the future.
