1Win Took R300 From My Capitec Account but Never Credited It to My Balance



I made a deposit of R300 to my 1Win account on 29 May 2026 using my Capitec account. The money was deducted from my bank, but it was never credited to my 1Win balance. Since then, several days have passed and the money is still missing on the platform. I contacted 1Win support and explained that the R300 was taken from my Capitec account but not added to my 1Win account, however I did not receive any real help or solution. On the Capitec side, the transaction is still reflecting as pending, and I am following up with the bank to understand exactly where the problem is. Because of this experience, I have lost my trust in the 1Win platform. I request that this transaction be cancelled and the R300 be refunded back to my Capitec account, and that I receive a clear written explanation of what went wrong and why my deposit was not credited.
