Deposits Missing After Successful Capitec Card Payments

I am writing to report a failed deposit issue between my Capitec bank account and my 1win account and to request that the missing funds be credited as soon as possible. On 4 June 2026, I made two separate card deposit attempts of R50 each from my Capitec savings account to my 1win account (username: KPgSXXVX***, ID: 365479***). The first transaction was made at approximately 09:33 and the second at around 09:45. In both cases, the amounts were successfully deducted from my Capitec savings account, but they have still not reflected in my 1win account balance on the app. I have payment proof and transaction references from Capitec confirming that both R50 payments were completed and deducted. Despite this, my 1win balance has not been updated to include these deposits. I request that my 1win account be urgently credited with the missing total amount of R100 based on the completed transactions and the proof of payment that I can provide, or that you otherwise resolve this issue as soon as possible.
