I am facing a serious issue with my recent deposit on 1win. On 9 May, I made a deposit of ₹1500 via UPI (Paytm). The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but on 1win the deposit status changed to “Cancelled” after my WiFi got disconnected while I was entering the UTR. This problem is not new for me on 1win. Similar deposit issues have happened to me several times before, where the money was deducted from my bank account but the deposit on 1win was cancelled from your side, which has made me lose trust in your payment system. I contacted your customer support and, as usual, I was only told to wait. First they say 72 hours, then they say 7–9 days, but the issue does not get resolved properly and I am left without any clear solution. I have all the necessary payment proof, including bank screenshots and transaction details, showing that the ₹1500 was successfully debited. I request that you urgently check this transaction and either credit the ₹1500 to my 1win account or refund the full amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.
