1win Deposit Cancelled but ₹500 Deducted from UPI Account

I made a deposit of ₹500 to my 1win account today via UPI, linked to my gaming ID 346729393. However, the deposit was canceled on your platform even though the money has already been debited from my UPI account.

I have all the transaction details, including the relevant IDs and references, and I am ready to provide them whenever required. After noticing that the deposit was not credited, I contacted customer support. They created a ticket and informed me that I need to wait 72 hours. While I understand that processing times may apply, my funds have already been deducted from my account, and I am currently left without access to the money in either my 1win balance or my bank account.

I request that my ₹500 be either credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my original UPI payment method as soon as possible, without any further delay. I am fully prepared to share all transaction details and proof so that this issue can be resolved quickly.
