I recently requested for a money withdrawal from 1win and to my surprise, I was met with nothing but lies and constant stalling. I requested for the withdrawal process 3 times in 2 days, but my money was never deposited into my bank account. The support team from 1win kept on giving false promises and excuses, saying that the payment system was slow and other irrelevant reasons. I even reached out to their support team via Gmail, but there was no response. The bottom line is that they never deposited my money into my bank account and I am extremely disappointed. I would advise everyone to stay away from1win's false promises and not waste your time and money on their unprofessional services.
