For the past three months, I have been experiencing serious issues while using the 1win platform across all game providers. Whether playing on mobile web or desktop web, I strongly believe that the games are being interfered with and that the RTP (return-to-player) rates have been intentionally lowered on my account.
During this time, I have suffered losses exceeding 100,000 TL, all of which were made with my own deposits. Despite reaching out to 1win customer service multiple times, I only received generic, copy-paste responses that offered no real explanation or solution. My concerns have been completely dismissed, and no transparent investigation was ever provided.
This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress. As a long-term user who expected fair gameplay, I find this lack of accountability unacceptable.
I demand that my account be thoroughly investigated, that a clear explanation be given regarding the alleged manipulation of RTP rates, and that my losses be refunded.
