On November 23, 2025, I transferred $24 to my 1win account using the card-to-card payment method, but even after a full week, the money still has not been credited to my account. My 1win user ID for this transaction is 69016324.

When I contacted live support, I was told that I would receive a response within five days, but no money has been added to my account and I have not received any updates. My money is essentially missing, and the extended delay has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that 1win immediately deposit the $24 into my account (ID 69016324) without further delay and provide a clear explanation as to why this process has taken so long.

On 22.11.2025, I deposited 1,000 TL from my Ziraat Bank account in Istanbul to my 1win account via transfer/EFT. Although I have the transaction receipt, the amount has not been reflected in my 1win account at all.

I contacted live support and customer service about the issue; I was told the problem would be resolved within a week at the latest, yet about a month has passed and the money still hasn't been credited to my account, and no concrete response has been provided.

I demand that the 1,000 TL I deposited, together with the receipt, be transferred to my 1win account immediately, otherwise be refunded to me, and that a clear written explanation of the process be given.
