On 22.11.2025, I deposited 1,000 TL from my Ziraat Bank account in Istanbul to my 1win account via transfer/EFT. Although I have the transaction receipt, the amount has not been reflected in my 1win account at all.
I contacted live support and customer service about the issue; I was told the problem would be resolved within a week at the latest, yet about a month has passed and the money still hasn't been credited to my account, and no concrete response has been provided.
I demand that the 1,000 TL I deposited, together with the receipt, be transferred to my 1win account immediately, otherwise be refunded to me, and that a clear written explanation of the process be given.
