1win KYC Verification Failed And Withdrawal Issue

I have been using 1win from India and my account is registered under the name “hidden arc” with 1win ID 336690***. About 2 days ago, I started facing a problem with withdrawals related to identity verification. Previously, my verification had already been successfully completed and I was able to withdraw money without any issues, including a withdrawal of 14,000. Now, however, the system shows the message that the KYCAID service has failed to confirm my documents and I am not able to withdraw. Because of this new and unexpected verification problem, an amount of 17,000 is currently stuck in my 1win account and I cannot withdraw it. I have not made any changes to my documents, personal information, phone number, or email before this issue started, so I do not understand why the verification is suddenly failing. I contacted 1win customer support, but they only keep saying that they are forwarding my message to the manager, and when another manager comes, they repeat the same thing. So far, no clear explanation or solution has been provided and my funds remain blocked. I request that my verification issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my withdrawal of 17,000 be allowed without further delay.
