1win Verification Failed and Now I Can’t Withdraw My Balance

I am a 1win user, and I am unable to withdraw my winnings because my identity verification keeps failing. I am trying to verify my account from India using my Aadhaar card, but my document verification has been rejected, which is preventing me from accessing my funds.
This issue started about three hours ago, and since then I have not been able to complete any withdrawal. I currently have a balance of 3030.05 in my 1win account that I cannot withdraw due to this verification problem.
I contacted 1win customer support, but they have not resolved the issue and my account is still not verified. I am requesting that my account be verified or that my documents be manually reviewed as soon as possible, and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance of 3030.05 without any further delay.
