The issue is related to KYCAID: my account is simply not getting verified, which leaves my withdrawal blocked. I have a balance of 2653 in my 1win account that I want to withdraw, but I cannot proceed because of this verification problem. I have contacted 1win customer support multiple times, yet I have not received any useful assistance or a clear explanation. Recently, they have stopped replying altogether, which is very frustrating. I request that my account with ID 361635752 be verified as soon as possible, either through KYCAID or any kind of manual verification, so that I can withdraw my money without further delay. I also ask for a clear response about what caused this issue and confirmation that my funds will be paid out.
