1win Keeps Canceling My $50 Withdrawal Request

On November 30, 2025, at 23:02, I submitted a $50 withdrawal request from my 1win account (ID: 9506978). However, this request—along with the other two withdrawal requests I submitted over the past two days—has been repeatedly canceled by the system, and the money is still showing in my 1win balance.

When I contacted live support and customer service about the issue, they asked me to send an email to a specific address. After sending the email, they requested identity verification. I submitted my ID, yet the verification still has not been approved. Despite this, my account shows no restrictions, warnings, or limitations of any kind.

I request that my verification process be completed and that my repeatedly canceled $50 withdrawal request be approved so the amount can be paid out to my account.
