On November 12, 2025 at 21:47, I submitted a withdrawal request of $142 from my 1win account (user ID: 327380786). Although the transaction appears as “approved” in the system, even after 11 days the funds still have not been deposited into my bank account. I also provided my bank statement to prove the situation.

During this period, I contacted 1win through all available support channels multiple times, but each time I was only told to “wait,” with no concrete solution or clear explanation. It is unacceptable to be kept waiting this long and left in uncertainty for a transaction that is marked as approved.

I request that the $142 withdrawal be deposited into my bank account immediately or, if that is not possible, that the same amount be credited back to my gaming balance without further delay.
