1win IMPS Withdrawal Still Pending After Several Days

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing on my 1win account in the withdrawal section. On 21/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 50,000 via IMPS in India. However, even after several days, the withdrawal is still pending and has not been credited to my bank account. I have tried to contact 1win customer support about this issue, but they are not listening or providing any helpful response, and my problem remains unresolved. I request that my 50,000 IMPS withdrawal be processed immediately and the amount be credited to my bank account without any further delay.
