I am a registered 1win user with ID 67532407 and I am submitting a complaint regarding a missing deposit. On May 30, 2026, at 16:56, I made a transfer of 25,000 UZS to fund my 1win account. The transaction was successfully processed and confirmed by my bank. The funds were sent from my personal account directly to the credentials provided by your system, with the receiver shown as I.U.A and the card ending in 9431. I have an official electronic receipt confirming this payment under Transaction Number 76838786950. Despite this, my platform balance is still zero and the deposit has not been reflected in my account. I request that your finance department manually verify Transaction Number 76838786950 and immediately credit the 25,000 UZS to my 1win balance without further delay, or provide a clear written explanation for the non-crediting of this confirmed transaction.
