I am writing regarding an issue with a missing deposit on the 1win casino platform. On May 19, 2026 at approximately 11:49 pm, I made a deposit of 25,000 Indian rupees to my 1win gaming account with ID 57072*** via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and the payment shows as successfully sent to the 1win payment provider, but the funds have not been credited to my 1win balance. Despite the transaction being completed on my side, my 1win casino account still does not reflect this deposit. I contacted 1win customer support about this problem, but they have not given any clear response and only keep telling me to wait, without resolving the issue or providing a proper update. I request that my 25,000 INR deposit be either immediately credited to my 1win gaming ID if that is not possible, refunded back to my original UPI payment source as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this delay occurred and for this matter to be handled urgently.
