1win Deposit Pending – Payment Confirmed but Funds Missing

On the night of October 17, 2025, I deposited ₺1,000 into my 1win account through Yapı Kredi Bankası. However, even after several hours, the money still hasn’t appeared in my account. I’ve had a similar problem before, and having this issue happen again is really frustrating.

When I contacted 1win customer support, they simply told me to wait, offering no concrete solution. My issue remains unresolved, and my frustration continues to grow.

I request that the ₺1,000 be credited to my 1win account immediately.
