I have a problem with my Shortmax subscription, which I purchased directly via the company’s website. For about a month, I have been trying to cancel my subscription through their site, but the cancellation does not go through, and the system continues to charge me. During this period, I have been charged 19.99 on four separate occasions, even though I have repeatedly attempted to stop the service. I have also tried to reach Shortmax customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from them. I request that my Shortmax subscription be immediately cancelled so that no further payments are taken, and that all four of the 19.99 payments taken after my first cancellation attempt be fully refunded to my account.
