I made a deposit to my 1win account and was told it would be reviewed and completed within 24 hours. But now it's been 48 hours, and the deposit still hasn’t been processed. When I followed up, I was told the review could now take anywhere from 1 to 7 days. This is completely unacceptable and inconsistent.

How can it take this long just to compare the payment receipt I submitted with the recipient account information listed on your site? This should be a quick and simple verification—not a week-long investigation. The lack of communication and transparency only makes it more frustrating.
