I am filing a complaint against 1win regarding an unresolved deposit of 50,000 PKR that has not been credited for more than 20 days. On 17 February 2026, I deposited 50,000 PKR via Bank of Punjab using the payment details provided on the 1win platform for my account with ID 342330***. Despite following all the instructions exactly as shown on the site, the amount has still not been credited to my account. It has now been over 20 days since the transaction. I opened multiple support tickets about this issue, but it remains unresolved. Each time, the support team replied that the funds were “transferred to another project/account.” I completely reject this explanation, because I used the official payment details provided within 1win and did nothing outside the instructed process. Any problem related to their payment provider or internal system is entirely the responsibility of 1win, not the customer. In addition, several of my support tickets were ignored or removed without any clear explanation, which shows a serious lack of transparency and accountability. I request a thorough investigation and an immediate solution. I demand that the 50,000 PKR either be credited directly to my 1win account or refunded back to my Bank of Punjab account without any further delay. All transaction proofs, including payment screenshots and bank reference details, are available and can be provided whenever required. I expect prompt and fair action regarding this issue.
