My withdrawal has not been credited to my 1win account for over a week, and their support team has not responded to my emails or chat messages. The amount is 2661 PKR via Easypaisa payment method, dated January 5, 2025, at 10:31 AM. I have sent multiple messages, and they keep saying that an error occurred during the payment process. This is the second time this issue has happened, and I am extremely frustrated because no serious action has been taken to resolve it.
