The money was successfully deducted from my account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win balance, even though 8 days have already passed. I have the transaction ID and proof of payment available and can provide it whenever needed. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but the only response I received was that an investigation is ongoing. Despite this, there has been no progress, no clear explanation, and my balance still does not show the deposited amount.
