1win Deposit Not Credited - Please Provide My Money

On 11 February 2026, I made two separate deposits of 10 thousand each (total 20 thousand) to my 1win account via UPI. Although the amounts were successfully debited from my bank account, they have not been credited to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win customer support about these uncredited deposits. They asked me to send my bank statement, which I provided, but despite this, my deposits have still not been credited and I have not received my money back. I request that 1win either immediately credit the total 20 thousand to my gaming account or refund the full amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.
