1win Deposit Missing After Nivi UPI and Google Pay Payments

On February 14, 2026, I made two separate deposits to my 1win account via UPI—one for ₹300 and another for ₹300, for a total of ₹600. One payment was made through the Nivi UPI application, and the second was made through Google Pay.
Although both payments were successfully debited from my UPI accounts, the total amount of approximately $7 USD has not been credited to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win support and even reached out to a manager regarding these missing deposits, but I have not received any effective response or resolution. My account balance still does not reflect these transactions.
I am requesting that the total ₹600 from these two UPI payments be urgently credited to my 1win account, or that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the status of these transactions.
