I completed my deposit, but the amount was not credited to my game wallet. It has been 7 days, and the deposit transfer history shows it as cancelled, even though the money was debited from my bank account. I have provided all details and proof to 1win customer service, but my problem has not been solved. The first deposit was 20,000 and the second deposit was 5,000, and both deposits have the same problem. There is still no solution and no proper response.
