I made a deposit to my 1win account on the morning of 06.09.2024, but it still hasn’t been credited as of today, 08.09.2024. I have contacted customer support multiple times and provided proof of the transaction repeatedly. They mentioned an issue related to the deposit, but I made the deposit through the section provided by 1win, and the funds were deducted from my account. If there was an issue, why didn’t the site cancel the transaction instead of taking my money? It feels like you are blaming your own errors on the users. They are saying it could take 1 to 7 days, which is unacceptable. Please either refund my money or credit it to my account and end this nonsense.
1win is causing the same problems again. It has been 7 days since my deposit, and it still hasn't been transferred to my account. Moreover, the customer representatives are responding very arrogantly, giving the same cloned responses. Can a deposit be held for 7 days? Additionally, they claim that the issue is on my end. If the error was on their end, the payment wouldn't be made at all. They receive the payment and then say that my deposit hasn't reached them. It's a ridiculous situation. Shame on such a site.
