1win Denies My Deposit Despite Bank Confirmation, Submitted All Proof

I deposited money into my 1win account, and the bank confirms the transfer was successful, but 1win insists the deposit didn’t go through. I provided all the necessary documents, including the transaction receipt and screenshots of my bank account activity. I even explained that I made two transfers from the same account—one was successful, and the other wasn’t. Despite all this proof, they continue to deny the missing deposit. I am frustrated and officially filing a complaint. I have all the documents and evidence to support my claim, including my player ID (#23202511). I expect 1win to resolve this issue and credit my account immediately.
