On 22 May, I made a deposit to my 1win account using Paytm UPI, but the money has still not been credited to my 1win ID even though the amount has already been debited from my bank account.
The payment of ₹16,000 was made through Paytm using my Punjab and Sind Bank account, and the UPI transaction/reference ID shown in Paytm is 306645899214. After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my 1win balance, I immediately contacted customer support regarding the issue.
However, I was only instructed to wait for 72 hours. Even after this waiting period passed, nothing was resolved. My 1win account balance still has not been updated, while the money has already left my bank account successfully.
This situation is extremely frustrating because the payment was completed from my side, yet the deposit remains missing. I request that the ₹16,000 corresponding to this transaction be immediately credited to my 1win account, or that the issue be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay.
I am sharing all available payment details so the transaction can be properly traced and my missing deposit can be corrected as soon as possible.
