I used Google Pay linked to my HDFC Bank account to deposit 2,000 INR into my 1win account on 5 April at around 3:18 a.m. The money was debited from my HDFC account and the Google Pay transaction shows as successful with UPI transaction ID 121094824632, but the amount has not been reflected in my 1win account balance. After noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted support and was informed that the payment had been processed successfully from their end. However, despite this confirmation, my 1win balance is still not showing the deposited 2,000 INR and I have not received any clear resolution. I request that the 2,000 INR associated with UPI transaction ID 121094824632 be immediately added to my 1win account balance, or that the issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I do not incur any financial loss due to this failed credit. I reached out to the customer service of 1win, but they are saying the deposit cannot be processed. The UPI ID was provided on the 1win app itself. The situation is that I selected an amount of ₹27,000 on the 1win app, but when it redirected to Google Pay, the ₹27,000 payment did not go through. I then entered ₹2,000 instead, and the payment was successful. However, the amount is not reflecting on 1win.
