On 20-05-2026 at around 7:57, I made a deposit of ₹1500 from my Indian Bank account to my 1win account using PhonePe UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my 1win balance. I have a transaction/reference for this ₹1500 payment from PhonePe/UPI and the bank, which confirms that the payment was processed. Despite this, the money is still missing from my 1win account. I contacted support and was told to wait for 72 hours, but my issue has not been resolved yet. I request that the missing ₹1500 either be immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my Indian Bank account as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this transaction check.
